UGGSKY reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and
without notice to you. Your continued use of the website after any amendment
becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the
Terms and Conditions, as so amended.
Capacity
The products on the website are only available for sale to individuals who can
make legally binding contracts. The products are not available to persons under the
age of 18 years and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering
into binding contracts.
Orders
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you
to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other
charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on
these Terms and Conditions. UGGSKY reserves the right to accept or reject your
offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any
product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or
an error in your order. Your contract with UGGSKY only comes into existence when
it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
Reproduction
We will do our best to ensure that our products and the web site are reproduced as
accurately as possible. However, there may be a subtle colour variation between
the web site and the products themselves.
Prices & Description
At the time of printing, prices and descriptions are accurate as possible. However,
due to circumstances beyond our control, a price may require altering. If this
occurs you will be notified. Promotions and offers advertised in this online store
are valid only through the online shop.
Currency
The currencies of transactions are acceptable by United State Dollars (USD),
European Currency (EUR), and Great Britain Pound (GBP).
Delivery
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 12-
48 hours after we receive your offer. If there are any delays we will notify you of
such delay as soon as possible.
We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay
for your order, or you can specify an alternative address such as a workplace,
university or friend/family address at checkout. Shipping address is same to your
card billing address is recommended, or we shall do some verification sometimes.
Return
We hope you're happy with your new shoes purchase! However, if you're unhappy
for any reason, here's what to do.
Changed your mind?
If the shoes are not as you thought they would be or you simply do not like them
when you get them or they do not match the outfit you bought them for, you have
up to 14 days to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the
condition that you received them and in their original box.
Please return the shoes by post.
Please send us an email for notification first, we shall provide you the address to
accept shoes. Pack up the shoes carefully in their original box and a secure outer
wrapper and send them back.
You should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office just in case your parcel
goes missing, as we can't help you if this happens.
We will either give you an exchange if this is what you want or we will refund your
original purchase price. Sorry, but we don't refund the charge made for the initial
delivery to you, and you need to pay the postage to send the parcel back to us.
Problem Shoes?
If your shoes are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you
the wrong shoes, we will meet the cost for you to post them back to us and we will
offer you an exchange or refund (whichever you want, unless the shoes were a
present to you ' when the refund can only go to the original purchaser). Of course,
you can also take faulty shoes with discount, but please take a picture for proof
and send it to our sale department for confirmation, we will do our best to serve
you.
